About Me

Hi! I am an average working person who tries to stay in shape with the hopes that I will be able to ski, hike, run, kayak, etc. when I retire. In having that goal, I feel that I need to start preparing my feet for life on the down-side of the hill, while I still have time. Due to my average life status, I still have trials, tribulations and general laziness that get in the way of my regular workout routine. I really enjoy running, even though I have feet that started out from an unfortunate foundation. Follow me in my journey to see if my hypothesis that with enough determination, stretching, strengthening, support and stick-to-it-iveness I will be able to successfully run and train for a half marathon.
